Notice to Bidders - Invitation for Non-Construction Bids

Sealed bids for Painting (30) thirty Occupied Units will be received at the Washington Housing Authority Central Office, 809 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, N.C. 27889, until Thursday, 19 October 2023, at 2:00 pm. All bids submitted properly will be publicly opened and read. Late bids, bids submitted via fax or e-mail, and verbal bids will not be accepted.

The work consists of repairing holes 6 inches or smaller, cleaning, and painting ceilings and walls for 0-5-bedroom houses.

We will have a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, 5 October 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at the Washington Housing Authority Central Office. All bidders are urged to attend.
