Landlord Incentive Program

Washington Housing Authority is seeking owners/agents and manager of multi-family housing to join us to provide affordable, decent, safe, & sanitary housing to our families.

A $500 incentive given to all Landlords when they lease a unit to a Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participant.
