Get $1,500/Month for 16 Months

You are eligible for the RISE Program if you meet all of the following criteria:

• You live in Beaufort County, North Carolina.
• You are 18 years or older.
• Your household income is 200% of the federal poverty level or less:
  • For 1 person = $31,300.
  • For 4 People = $64.300.

Cash is unconditional and does not require repayment.

Applications will be accepted beginning November 3rd. The Washington Housing Authority staff will be assisting with applications at the following locations:

• November 5th and 19th- 204 West 9th Street (Old Fort Office) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• November 6th - 100 Manuel Drive (Westbrooke Office) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• November 3rd and 12th - 809 Pennsylvania Avenue (Main Office) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• November 10th and 20th - 702 West 11th Street (Oak Crest Office) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• November 13th - 229 Clifton Meadows Drive (Clifton Meadows Office) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• November 18th - 407 East Third Street (East Haven) 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• November 15th - 809 Pennsylvania Avenue (Main Office) 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
