The Washington Housing Authority (WHA) invites all interested parties to review and comment on the proposed Utility Allowances for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. The Utility Allowances will be available for review on the WHA's website during the period of October 1, 2026, to October 31, 2026.
