Resident Council

The purpose of the Resident Council is to identify strategies to improve the quality of life for WHA residents. Resident Councils are elected by public housing residents to represent the residents at each site. They are active participants in the management and policy-making of the Housing Authority.

Resident Councils serve as advocates for residents and encourage improvements in maintenance and physical conditions, public safety, and support services for residents.
