Resolutions: HCV Payment Standards

After reviewing the FMR/SAFMR information for 2024, I have the following suggestion.

  • Payment standard be reduced from 110% to 100%
  • Continue to utilize the small area fair market rent along with the county-wide FMR.

By adjusting from 110% to 100%, there is not a significant difference between the 2023 rates. this will help to ensure the rates are not getting overly inflated.
